Winterton Improvement Network
We are delighted to see that Phase I work has been carried out by Winterton Town Council to provide a ball court on Marmion Drive Playing Field.
Facilities for young people in the Grangefield Estate area have been lacking for so long that it is very pleasing to see that" something" is finally happening and we are looking forward to the next improvements.
To help the matter along, Winterton Improvement Network has donated £5000 towards Phase II. The cheque was presented to the then Town Mayor, Councillor Don Johnson at the Annual Town Meeting on the 5th May 2009.
