'Pie - the Garage Duck '
'Pie' lived with Mick and Lorraine since he was 2 weeks old and shared their lives at home and at work, at the Handy Car Wash on the Roxby Road Industrial Estate

Sadly, on Saturday 29th August 2009, just 24 hours after 'Pie - the Garage Duck' first appeared on this site, he was taken ill. Pie was seen by a veterinary surgeon, X-rayed, and given antibiotics for what was thought to be a virus. Later that same evening Pie's condition deteriorated, and sadly he passed away.
To quote Mick and Lorraine: "Pie touched the hearts of many, and needless to say we all miss him being around. He will never be forgotten, and we do have our memories and some lovely pictures."
